Shipping policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver orders across Pakistan through trusted courier partners such as Pakistan Post, TCS, and Leopards Courier.
International delivery is not available at this time

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS once your order has been dispatched

  • Free Shipping

    We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 3,000 within Pakistan.
    Orders below this amount are subject to standard shipping rates.


    5. Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
    You can track your parcel on the courier partner’s website or contact our customer care team for assistance.


    6. Damaged or Missing Items

    Please check your parcel upon delivery.
    If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing support@bcureskincare.com or messaging us on our official WhatsApp.
    We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or store credit.


    7. Failed Deliveries

    If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, your parcel will be returned to us.
    Re-delivery may incur an additional shipping charge.


    8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

    • COD is available for  all orders.

    • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for your order at the delivery address.


    9. International Shipping

    Currently, BCURE Skincare only ships within Pakistan.
    We aim to expand internationally soon — stay tuned for updates!
